I had purchased this item from amazon.com about two weeks ago, and i love it. It's build overall is similar to the origianl iron man, he's just black and grey rather red and gold. He comes with wrist guns (which fall off easily) and 2 shoulder launchers.
I still had the same problem with the shoulder pads; either they're faultily built or the manufacturer just didn't care enough. But the shoulder pads aren't a big deal because it's much more a collectible if anything, buying this for a younger sibling may not be the best thing. I just pose mine with my "from the movie" Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk. Overall, collector will love this item, it's sleek, looks awesome and you'll enjoy the new look the War Machine!

Overall shape of the figure is ok. Paint job is really awful. Lots of excess sprinkling of silver paint on the black armour. Silver parts
are NOT not painted on evenly. Packaging is sealed by both glue and
office tape ???? Articulation is very good, many poses possible. The
balance of the figure is very good - ironman easily stands up compared to
3.5" action figures. The figure overall looks "used". The mark3 silver/Red
paint job is much better, high gloss, but still lacks the professional application to the figure either way. Still makes a good collectible.
